細胞培養プロファイリング

概要

培養細胞は、基礎研究だけでなく、医薬品原薬の製造の宿主や再生医療の原材料としても注目を集めています。
「LC/MS/MSメソッドパッケージ 細胞培養プロファイリング」は、細胞培養に伴う培養上清成分や培養細胞内代謝物の経時変化の評価を目的としたメソッドパッケージです。
Ver3では、従来測定していたアミノ酸やビタミンなどの基礎培地成分や分泌代謝物に加え、再生医療・細胞医薬品製造等に用いられる培養細胞に特徴的な代謝物を含めた144化合物を一斉分析します。これにより、培養上清だけでなく細胞も測定可能となり、より詳細なデータの取得が可能となりました。
取得したデータは細胞の培養条件の最適化や代謝経路の追跡などに役立ちます。
